For our challenging projects, we are looking for independent consultants with the following skill sets:

-          Senior change managers with proven experience in:
organisation coordination; communication & reporting; process and project management methodologies; contracts & SLA’s; legal, compliance and risk management with the direct focus of aligning business with ICT and vice versa

-          Senior project or program managers with proven experience in:
project start-up, implementation and team lead using methodologies like Prince2 / PMI / Scrum in the areas of Business Intelligence, Security, CRM, …

-         Senior enterprise architects with proven experience in:
translating business needs to ICT systems (understanding business and ICT strategies and processes focusing on alignment; BPR; requirements management; use case modeling) applying industry best practices

-          Senior business analysts with proven experience in:
process modeling, process management, change management
in the area of Banking (Cards; Payments; Channels; Accounts; Customers) and Utilities (Trading; Finance; Purchasing; Production)
 

-          Excellent communicator and presenter

-          Able to work independently and in a team

-     being dynamic and flexible

-          Dutch, French and English speaking and writing

-     Minimum 7 years of proven experience

-     Minimum master's degree
